Oh... Been so long, never update my kitchen. Sorry, been busy.

Food is not cook by heat.
Is cook by passion!

Delicious is not cook by adding seasoning
Is cook by adding your heart!

I now currently working at a japanese fine dinning resturant. Food was so different from western, but almost same as chinese... Because of japanese love rice and noodles for every meal.. Like their favour rice kamameshi, noodles like wudo, Inawiana noodle and soba. Like most people, they like deepfried food tempura that include kani(Crab), maki(fish), kinocho(mix mushroom ) and mix vegetables. Japanese like sweet, salty food.. Especially their sauces like teryiaki, unaki, yakiniko and lots more. I like their plating specially their sashimi plating , very beautiful.... Really.. Lots of garishes to
Look more appiezter, .Normally serve with their popular wasabi, soya sauce, picky ginger.. Sushi... The another popular dish in Singapore. I trying to learn how to wrap one.. And ops my rice been mash.. Haha: anyway all are beautiful dishes that Japan have created..

I going to introduce a dessert from my work place: a very very nice and great dish that ever created ... Try it.. Mix of Japan and western :

Oreo chocolate chips cheese cake
Biscuit base
Oreo biscuit 140g
Sugar 40g
Butter 100g

Cheese base
Cream cheese 250g
Yogurt 150g
Sugar 120g
Cream 200ml(whipped)
Lemon juice 1tablesp
Chocolate chips 50g
Gelate 14g

Method.
For biscuit base
blend oreo and sugar together in the blender, then place in a mixing bowl.
Melt butter with heat, then pour into the mixing bowl with the oreo, stlr well with butter and oreo.
Using a tray(10cm by 10cm) , pour the biscuit base in, using spoon flattened the biscuit .. And chill it afterwards.

Cheese base
Cream cheese, cream(whipped) ,sugar, lemon juice, yogurt in a blender and mix well.
Melt gelatine in a pot. Make sure all gelatine is melted. Then add into the blender with cheese mixture and mix well.
Pour in the tray with the biscuit base. Top with the chocolate chips.
Place the cake in the chiller at 4hours and the oreo cheese chocolate chip will be ready.
