Food is not cook by heat. Is cook by passion!
Delicious is not cook by adding seasoning Is cook by adding your heart!
I now currently working at a japanese fine dinning resturant. Food was so different from western, but almost same as chinese... Because of japanese love rice and noodles for every meal.. Like their favour rice kamameshi, noodles like wudo, Inawiana noodle and soba. Like most people, they like deepfried food tempura that include kani(Crab), maki(fish), kinocho(mix mushroom ) and mix vegetables. Japanese like sweet, salty food.. Especially their sauces like teryiaki, unaki, yakiniko and lots more. I like their plating specially their sashimi plating , very beautiful.... Really.. Lots of garishes to Look more appiezter, .Normally serve with their popular wasabi, soya sauce, picky ginger.. Sushi... The another popular dish in Singapore. I trying to learn how to wrap one..
